The Mind-Body Relaxation session combines principles of therapeutic hypnosis, mindfulness, and breathing techniques with a neuroscience coaching approach to help establish a state of deep calm, improve mental clarity, and cultivate greater well-being.

 

This gentle and personalized approach invites you to live a soothing guided experience, promoting better stress management and better emotional balance thanks to an empathetic approach focused on a specific intention.

 

Each session includes a discussion, collaborative and personalized guided relaxation (with or without hypnosis), as well as practical post-session tools.

 

This service, which has no contraindications, is adapted to the sensory perspective and health conditions of each client in order to help them confidently begin or deepen a personal, meditative or self-hypnosis anchoring practice.
